MEET CASEY CARPENTER
After 30 years in corporate being one of the only Black women in the room, I know firsthand the external and internal pressures put on marginalized groups in these types of spaces. When it's twice as hard to overcome barriers to success, operating with extreme excellence to get ahead becomes nonnegotiable—so that’s exactly what I learned to do.
Facing severe stage fright and shyness, I had to master my introverted nature and learn to be a person of presence in order to thrive. By doing so, I challenged the misconception that you must be naturally charismatic and extroverted to be a gifted communicator and person of influence.
With my success, I pivoted my career to become a sought after keynote speaker and a board member of the National Speaker Association (NSA).
Now, I use my combined training and experience to coach women in leadership development, executive presence, and public speaking. To date, I have consulted with Fortune 500 companies, am a member of the International Coaching Federation and facilitate groups of women CEOs as a CHIEF Guide. My inside-out approach equips women to excel when the stakes are high, enact their own leadership styles, and become leaders who show up and speak up.

Will you work with me if I am not your typical client?
As a diverse voice in the coaching industry, I am inclusive and welcome anyone who is willing to put in the work to grow in confidence, sharpen their leadership skills, and enhance their presence. Successful past clients have included male executives, diverse corporate teams, and young professionals just beginning their career.
Do you only provide coaching in specific industries?
I have provided support across numerous industries for three decades, including consulting for Fortune 500 companies in financial services, tech, and legal spaces. As a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and National Speakers Association, I am trained to guide leaders no matter their industry.
Do you offer virtual services or just in-person services?
I offer both in-person and virtual services. I have done everything from face-to-face corporate training and industry conferences to virtual coaching and guest appearances on podcasts. With today’s technology, distance doesn’t matter, and I love exploring new ways to connect with women leaders.
Do you offer your services internationally?
Absolutely. My vision is to impact and inspire a million women globally by helping them ignite their success. My services are not limited by location. I seek to support growing and emerging women leaders across the world, with an emphasis on marginalized women of color.
