As an intuitive executive coach, I help you gain the internal confidence and leadership skills you’ve always envisioned for yourself. Over a three phase process, we’ll enhance the way you show up and speak up in your executive role through:
A 360° leadership review with in-depth insights and feedback from leaders, colleagues, and direct reports
A tailored growth plan based on results of review
12 individual, one-hour coaching sessions (additional sessions optional)
You can expect to unearth the answers to questions like: How do you want people to feel? What do you excel at? How do you want people speaking about you? What are your core values? How do you turn all of that into effective leadership?
Leadership development engagements last a minimum of 3 months and begin at $10,000.

FOUNDATION PHASE
First, we establish the foundation of where you are and develop a roadmap for where you’d like to go. We do that by using leadership and communication assessments plus a 360° leadership review that collects feedback from past colleagues. We’ll discover your current working style and conceptualize the leader you want to become.

GROWTH PHASE
Next, we focus on a how to become that leader using concrete strategies. With a magnified self awareness, we can get you out of your head, silence your inner critic, and avoid the comparison trap. We’ll identify internal and external saboteurs and learn how to constructively react to them. Equipped with the right strategies, you’ll have the impact you want as a leader.

MAINTENANCE PHASE
During the maintenance phase, you’ll practice applying what you’ve learned to engage others in high stakes professional moments. Seamlessly handle difficult situations with your direct reports or confidently engage a boss during a key meeting. I’ll give you ongoing feedback and help you identify potential pitfalls so you can proactively avoid them.

SPEAKER TRAINING
As a presentation coach, I prepare you to deliver confidently when there are no do-overs. My approach examines your content and delivery based on my four key pillars–visual communication, verbal, vocal, and video–with an eye for enhancing your command of the room.
As an innate introvert, I understand speaking does not come naturally to everyone. Hearing feedback can be intimidating, so you can expect direct, constructive, and compassionate communication. You’ll feel valued and respected during my feedback process.
Speaker coaching packages are $1500 and include a set of three 60-minute sessions. You can invest in as many or as few packages as you like.

Together, we work through a combination of: one-on-one coaching sessions, recorded practice presentations, personalized feedback, customized resources (worksheets and checklists), and targeted assignments between sessions.
